Dr Hubbard’s ACE Your Tinnitus program is tailored to your tinnitus and any related conditions (unique tinnitus characteristics, sound sensitivity, hearing loss, fear of sound).

45-minute one-one-one session with Dr. Hubbard
$250
How many sessions are needed?
Generally, two to four 45-minute sessions ($250 USD / 45 minutes) are needed to help you learn the skills and establish a personalized CBT program.
Fifteen-minute “Check-in Sessions” ($150 USD / 15 minutes) are recommended every few weeks or months to reduce setbacks and keep you on track to full habituation.
You pay as you go and can stop the program at any time.
IMPORTANT: Tinnitus distress is not a psychological disorder, and CBT coaching is not psychological treatment. Some people with tinnitus also have a treatable emotional disorder, like anxiety or depression. If this is the case, Dr. Hubbard may recommend you schedule an evaluation with a local health professional in addition to CBT coaching.
